I found some PDF's and videos that deal with how to use BobCAD as a drawing package and as a CAM package. They aren't all for the exact version that is installed, but are close enough that it should make sense.

The videos are packaged with a viewer, so I've provided them in a compressed format. No install required, just run the exe, or dig around for the videos, up to you.

I've also added some drawings to the video folder, I believe they are intended to be used during the video training.
