Placeholder for possible car project

I am thinking about building an extremely efficient, super lightweight fully electric car. This will be the placeholder for the legal mumbo jumbo and concept/actual build pics. This may never happen, or it might turn out juuust as I want, but until that day, here's the ideas.

solid streamline sheet metal top
steel base frame with suspension
motorcycle tyres - 5kw hub on each 10kw pk

accelerator, possibly might use a car pedal to pass inspection modified with a hall sensor
standard motorcycle disc brakes
standard shocks- car or moto
steering.... solid connecting rods to the wheels with optional parking assist mode- electric control of each individual powered wheel allowing tank drive
under 1k lbs - pref 500 lbs
all required lights and whatnot that require dot approval will be scrap yard pulls
