Introduction from Tim
Hi I'm Tim. Smile

I am very excited about hackerspace in Spokane. I am completely new to hackerspace but it sounds like fun.

A little about me: I work at MINDS-i Robotics in Liberty Lake. We found out about hackerspace in Spokane and thought it would be a great opportunity to promote robotics in the community. You can learn more about MINDS-i Robotics here.

I do have a few questions: Meetings are on Wednesday and Sunday? I'm think about possibly going to next week's Wednesday meeting? Dose anyone here regularly attend the meetings? and what goes on at the meetings?

Thanks,

Tim

Hi Tim!

Glad you found us

we gather every wednesday evening, this is a completely open time to work on your own projects or to just hang out with others.

once a month (usually the last Sunday) we have a meeting.
this is a slightly more formal meeting were we try to learn something educational or get to see other peoples projects they have worked on.

hope to see you soon

Thanks Dan. In what ways can I help Spokane Hackerspace grow?

Come participate Smile

We wouldn't mind playing with a sweet robotics platform either.

Seriously though, you should make it out on Wednesday if you can, then you will get a feel for what we are about and how you would like to participate.
