TEVO Tarantula Prusa i3 Variant

Hey guys! It's Colby here and I thought I'd pop back in and show you my new printer. It is a prusa i3 variant, but a darn nice one! It took 3 days to receive it from China, 4 hours to build it, and about 15 minutes to get it printing! http://www.ebay.com/itm/Tarantula-i3-3D-...SwX~dWk9fK Not only that, it is even quieter than my delta! (if you remember it, it was very quiet) And lastly, it prints just as good, if not better than my delta! Attached is my very first print with it which was a test cube and took about 12 minutes (and DAMN!, you would not believe that is my first print). The only down side is that it doesn't print as fast as my trusty delta, but still!

I am very happy with it.

Curious to see how well it does over time with the single middle rail versus the dual outer rails.

Great to see you're keeping the hobby going. Print anything cool recently?

Yes, the middle rail is actually very stable (I was surprised too). I actually have printed some very neat things recently, I will probably upload some photos tomorrow.
