Looking for Someone to Create a Inkscape/Eggbot project
Hi.  Please let me know if this request is inappropriate for this forum.  I am unfamiliar with advances in technology and the Eggbot instructions I can find don't address what I need.  I am looking for a simple file (?) to be created so I can put my initials on a golf ball.  I have the Eggbot Pro and run Inkscape on a Macbook Pro.  I bought the Eggbot thinking it would be easy for an old man like me.  If there is a golf ball template out there, I haven't found it either...  Thanks!!

RE: Looking for Someone to Create a Inkscape/Eggbot project
Did you go through the setup and tutorial listed in the manual: https://cdn.evilmadscientist.com/KitInst...srevA1.pdf ?

Looks like you raise or lower the motor to set the curve of the object (lower for more oblong and higher for more spherical), and need an 800x3200 Inkscape file to match the rotational resolution of the machine. With the Eggbot plugins for Inkscape, it looks like the setup is physically adjusting the machine and drawing the design in Inkscape.
